Welcome to the Norwoods, a trio of Mutual Housing Communities! These communities feature spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes that serve lower income households in the northern Sacramento region.

The Norwoods consist of three beautifully gated communities located near Hwy 80. Community highlights include expansive landscaped common areas, playground, BBQ and picnic spots, community room, computer lab, on-site laundry, and more.
